Shipping & Returns

Château Camparnaud (hereinafter: "Camparnaud") considers it important that you can enjoy your ordered wine as soon as possible. We therefore strive to ship your order within two working days. When you are not at home, the package will either be delivered to your neighbors or will be offered at your specified address at a later time. If, unexpectedly, your wine is not delivered after these two attempts, you can pick up the package at a pick-up location of the postal service.

Your order will be delivered to your home or a collection point within 2-4 working days

Delivery not successful? You have 2 weeks to collect your package at a service center from the postal service
It is of course possible that a wine, for whatever reason, does not meet your expectations. In such a case, you may return the order by post within 14 days. Please contact us via our website: camparnaud.com if you would like to return your order.
The buyer has the right to return the goods without giving reasons within a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day after receipt of the products. The costs for the return are for the customer.
Only unopened wines can be returned. Opened wines will not be reimbursed
Only undamaged wines can be returned. Wines with significant damage (to be determined by Camparnaud) on packaging, bottle or label will not be reimbursed
Camparnaud will send a credit invoice to the buyer for unused wines returned. This will be done no later than 14 days after the withdrawal.
